Majek Vision

MAJEK Vision is a Industrial Camera System for the 21st Century. It again has a touch screen interface and is based on a standard PC.

The screen displays a real time image, as well as the last item to be processed and the last item to be rejected. This allows the operator to check on the status of the system and the product at any time.

The system also displays a running total and total for the last hour. Clear, simple, crucial information at the touch of a screen.

The software has been fully developed by MAJEK Automation so it can be modified to suit individual needs with little effort.

Currently the system has been developed to test clear and opaque bottles for a variety of defects. Each defect has a threshold limit that can be adjusted by the operator or password protected. The system also displays a running total for each fault so the operator can quickly evaluate any faults that may be developing.

The system has also been developed as a sophisticated counting machine for the jobs where a PE Sensor just isn't good enough.
