Majek Vision.

Majek Vision is a PC based industrial camera system with the flexibility for any application in any environment. The simple touch screen interface allows an operator to view the operation whilst the password protection ensures only a supervisor can change the settings.

Aluminium sorter.

The MAJEK Automation Aluminium Sorter uses state of the art metal sensors to directly trigger high-speed, high-quality air solenoids. The system can eject aluminium cans up to ten metres and, like most MAJEK systems, has no moving parts, making it extremely low maintenance and cost effective.

Polymer Paper sorter.

The Paper Polymer system uses a near infra-red system developed by MAJEK Automation that can be used to remove the PVC from the PET stream, the polypropelyene from the HDPE stream, the paper from a mixed plastic stream or any other combination of polymers and paper with the touch of a finger on the touch screen. This machine embodies the Majek philosophy of simple, effective and efficient operation.
